When the system is "Off" all sensors are also in the off state and the air separation equipment will not run. You should still seen a green circle in the lower right next to the work "OK" which indicates the Altistat™ has a connection to the sensor box. Additionally, the screen will go into power save mode after 10 minutes of non-use in this and every other mode. To wake the screen from power save, simply tap on the device a few times and it will turn on and wake itself.

Adjusting the Effective Altitude

The Altistat™ enables you to adjust your effective altitude within the bounds defined by both your location and the size of your system. ACT Elite systems are typically designed to reduce the effective altitude by 5,000 to 7,000 feet (1,524 to 2,134 meters). ACT Premium systems can typically create an effective altitude of 3,500 to 4,000 feet (1,067 to 1,220 meters) depending on starting altitude and system design.

To adjust your effective altitude, simply tap on either of the arrow icons on the right side of the Run screen. This will bring up the Set Altitude screen where you can tap the + or - button associated with each number. When you are finished tap the Done button ro return to the Run screen. Note: It might take a moment for your adjust to update on the screen. Altistat's safety mechanisms will not permit you to set an altitude lower or higher than your system is designed to achieve.
